Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute sales and delivery considering a request from a dispatch destination allowed to receive a commodity by transmitting delivery request information from a retailer side computer to a transportation company computer system based on dispatch request information and transmitting delivery information to a dispatch destination computer system. SOLUTION: The dispatch destination computer system 12 displays the contents of dispatch request inquiry information and a commodity receiving history information table 12001 on a display 122, receives data such as a commodity to be dispatched, a commodity requested delivery date, and a changed destination which are specified by a person corresponding to the dispatch destination based on the displayed information from an input device 121 and transmits the received data to a retailer side computer system 10. The system 10 transmits delivery request information obtained by segmenting information related to delivery from the dispatch request information to a transportation company computer system 13. The system 13 allocates a vehicle and a deliverer based on the delivery request information and transmits the allocated information and deliverer's face image information to the system 12.
