PRODUCTION OF ORNAMENT HAVING THE SAME SURFACE STATE AS ORNAMENT PRODUCED WITH NOBLE METAL CLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ornament having the same surface state as the ornament produced with a noble metal clay or a part of the ornament. SOLUTION: In this method, the noble metal clay is molded to make a ring- bar molding body, and the ring-bar molding body is dried and burnt to make a ring-bar composed of the noble metal clay dried or burnt body. After pressing this ring-bar as an original pattern by interposing with two impressional material, the impressional mold having the same cavity as the original pattern is made by taking out the original pattern of the ring-bar. A wax pattern is made by pouring molten wax into the cavity of the impressional mold and solidifying, and taken out, and a lost wax mold is made with a lost wax method by using the wax pattern. The ring-bar cast body 11 having the same surface state as the ring-bar composed of the noble metal clay dried or burnt body is manufactured by casting molten noble metal into the lost wax mold. Then, the ring-bar cast body 11 is pricked into the molding body 8 of a pendant body molded with the noble metal clay and burnt.
