Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow AVN nozzle blade easily manufacturable at a low cost and establish an associate manufacturing method, whereby an annealing process as post-process and a correction by a skilled workman can be omitted even if the hollow AVN blade is of metal sheet welded structure. SOLUTION: One metal sheet 10 is subjected to a plastic processing into a hollow blade form, and the starting and ending parts of the metal sheet are overlapped at the tail part of the blade and coupled together so that a hollow nozzle blade is formed, wherein a plurality of welding passes 3c stretching in the longitudinal direction of the blade and formed at a specified spacing are applied to the overlapped tail part of the blade.
