Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and arrange a control valve in a narrow space in a compact configuration by reducing the mounting area of the control valve on a swivel base when the control valve having a plurality of valve discs arrayed in one direction for a backhoe is mounted on the swivel base. SOLUTION: A swivel base 4 rotationally movable around an axial center in a vertical direction is provided on a travelling device and a control valve 35 is provided on the swivel base 4 for controlling a hydraulic equipment. The control valve 35 is arranged in such a manner that a plurality of valve discs 35A are arrayed in one direction and in an almost vertical direction.
