Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of dusts caused by friction and impact from a chip-shaped magnesium alloy. SOLUTION: The coating of an anticorrosive paint is applied on a chip-shaped magnesium alloy 1 being the raw material of an injection molding magnesium alloy. By the application, oxygen and water in the air are intercepted to prevent the oxidation of the magnesium alloy 1. In the case its oxidation is less, oxidized metal of high temp. m.p. reduces, and the fraction defectives in injection molded parts reduces as well to improve the productivity of magnesium alloy molded parts. Moreover, dusting caused by the friction and impact between the chip- shaped magnesium alloys 1 is prevented with the coating film of an anticorrosion paint 2 as a cushioning material. Furthermore, the anticorrosion paint is also applied to a magnesium alloy ingot matrix as a chip-shaped raw material for preventing oxidation. |
