SOLUTION: A static-proof film 206 is an alloy-nitrided film composed of at least one element selected from Al, B and Si and at least one element selected from the group of transition metals composed of Cr, Ti and Ta, and in the film, the transition metal has a concn. gradient in the film thickness direction.
