IMMERSION TUBE FOR SIMPLE LADLE REFINING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion tube for simple ladle refining apparatus which can improve the durability of monolithic refractory and can bear using for long period. SOLUTION: In an immersion tube 1 for simple ladle refining apparatus having a cylindrical core metal 2, a cylindrical regular-shape refractory 4 fixedly disposed in the inside of the core metal 2 and a monolithic refractory 5 integrally formed at the outside and a lower end surface 20c of the core metal 2 and the lower end surface 4c of the regular-shape refractory 4, many through-holes 21e communicating the inside with the outside of the core metal 2 are provided at a lower end part 21 of the core metal 2, and the monolithic refractory 5 formed at the outside of the core metal 2 and on the lower end surface 4c of the regular-shape refractory 4 is integrally connected with the through-holes 21e.
