DISASSEMBLING/ASSEMBLING JIG FOR GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently disassemble/assemble a generator without using a gantry crane, by attaching a part of leg parts to the trunnion fitting part of a generator casing, to fit a rail part to the lateral member stretched between the upper parts of the leg parts, and also slidably arranging a lifting means along the rail part. SOLUTION: In a disassembling/assembling jig 1 used in disassembling or assembling a generator at an installation site, lateral members 3 are made to span between the upper parts of a pair of leg parts 2, and also a lifting means 5, slidable along a rail part 4 fitted to the lateral members 3, is arranged. The respective leg parts 3 are constituted of two columns composed of an L-shape steel, etc., and plural connecting materials for connecting these columns, and hole parts, for bolt-securing a trunnion to a flange in the generator casting 20, are drilledly provided in the lower parts of the respective columns. A supporting member 12 is welded to the center part of the rail part 4, and is constituted of a main body composed of a steel-plate-made square column, etc., and a buffer body fitted to the lower end part of the main body and composed of hard rubber, etc.
