Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal sound from being generated during traveling by laminating a non-foamed layer made of thermoplastic resin on one or double surfaces of a foamed sheet taking heat resistant resin as base resin and by applying emboss processing one front surface of the laminated non-foamed layer. SOLUTION: After emboss processing 18 is applied to the front surface of a non-foamed layer 14 formed on a foamed laminated sheet 10 in which non- foamed layers 14, 16 made of thermoplastic resin are laminated on one or double surfaces of a foamed sheet 12 taking heat resistant resin as base resin, the desired shape of an internal material is formed, and a molded body can be obtained. In a method for applying emboss processing 18 to the foamed laminated sheet 10, a non-foamed layer in the plastized state, to be supplied from an extruding machine is laminated on and fixed to the front surface of the foamed sheet 12 by an embossed cooling roller. The difference of height between embossed projecting and recessed surfaces is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 mm.
