Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moldings with a surface property of natural touch by shaking a lightweight foamed concrete or a cutter to peel the side wall of a groove part in such a state that an edge is introduced into the groove part. SOLUTION: A lightweight foamed concrete ALC is set at a specified position. Further, a support frame 15 with a peeling cutter 13 is made to descend by a lift cylinder 18 upto the specified position of a groove against a preset groove depth and also a preset number of pitches, with the lightweight foamed concrete ALC. Next, a shaking frame 14 with the peeling cutter 13 forces the edge part of a groove part upward following the rotation of a rotary actuator 15 for drive, to form a peeling zone of an uneven pattern. In addition, the peeling zone is formed even when the peeling cutter 13 is fixed and the lightweight foamed concrete ALC is peeled by shaking. Consequently, it is possible to deal with the varying depth of the groove even when its depth is varied and manufacture moldings with an appearance of a precisely natural touch.
