MOBILE COMMUNICATION CALL CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively offer versatile multimedia services by performing negotiation between an originating mobile machine and a receiving terminal when the mobile machine makes a call in an area it roams, carrying out the session control if the negotiation succeeds, but notifying the mobile machine of a failure of the negotiation if the negotiation fails. SOLUTION: A B-side visitor network exchange 200 receives an authentication answer signal from a roaming mobile machine 600 and checks it to send an inter-office session call setting signal to a C-side fixed network exchange 300 if the check result is OK. The exchange 300 sends a session call setting signal to a terminating fixed terminal 700 to secure a pass band, the communication quality and an application corresponding to the service request characteristic against the terminal 700. When the service characteristics are coincident with each other between the exchange 300 and the terminal 700, a session answer signal is sent to the exchange 200 via the exchange 300 to perform the general originating connection processing. Then the exchange 200 sends an answer signal to the machine 600 and completes the originating connection sequence started from a roaming subscriber.
