PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch call origination to the call origination to a service center for performing the distribution service of mail in the case that a communicating party does not respond to the call origination, to specify the mail address of the communicating party and to perform mail transmission to the service center. SOLUTION: The dial number and mail address of the communicating party, each of which are made to correspond to the other and stored inside a storage means 15, and when no response to the call origination to a certain dial number is present, the storage means 15 is retrieved and one mail address corresponding to the certain dial number is selected. When the mail address is selected and the mail to be transmitted is inputted, a call is originated to the service center for performing the distribution service of the mail instead of the call origination to the certain dial number and the selected mail address and the inputted mail are transmitted.
