Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a fuel cell in a constant output power state with the highest generating efficiency without being affected by the fluctuation of power consumption of a load by providing a storage battery as accumulator between the fuel cell and the load. SOLUTION: A fuel cell generating system has a storage battery 2 between a fuel cell 1 and a driving motor 5, and it is formed of the fuel cell 1, the storage battery 2, and a control part 4 for monitoring and controlling the driving motor 5. The fuel cell 1 is stably operated in a constant output state with the highest generating efficiency. The storage battery 2 provided as accumulator functions so as to discharge the power corresponding to the difference when the power consumption of the driving motor 5 is larger than the output power of the fuel cell 1, and functions so as to store the power corresponding to the difference when the power consumption is smaller. Further, when the driving motor 5 functions as a generator, the storage battery 2 functions so as to store the electric output of the driving motor 5.
