SOLUTION: A cylinder 121 is put at the center on a ceramic substrate 106a, and electrode films 122 are formed on the bottom and the inner lateral surface of the cylinder 121. Inside the cylinder 121 where the electrode films 122 are formed on the inside surfaces, wiry columnar graphite 123 having length of several micrometers to several millimeters and composed of a collectivity of carbon nano-tubes is filled, with the longitudinal direction facing approximately to a fluorescent screen 104. Then, a housing 106d provided with a mesh part(electron drawing electrode) 106e covers them. |
