Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable offering/acquisition of information in preferable procedure by attaching an identification code to each of service information to be provided and enabling at least either of a service side or a user side to optionally select one of a variety of utility procedures corresponding to the code. SOLUTION: In this system, a client side is provided with this device 10. Here, this device 10 is equipped with a code input means 20 for inputting an information identification code, a procedure selection means 30 for selecting a suitable utility procedure for using specific service information corresponding to the information identification code from plural utility procedures prepared in advance on the basis of the input information identification code, and an information output means 40 for acquiring specific service information from specific service information sources 50, 60 and 70 in accordance with the selected utility procedure and outputting it in a specified expression form.
