PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient power control and communication control among divided circuit blocks by dividing an electronic circuit into the plural circuit blocks and supplying an electric power source to the circuit blocks needed for operation in the system modes when various system modes are set. SOLUTION: Electronic circuits needed to realize functions, etc., in various system modes are divided into plural circuit blocks in circuit units which are necessary and unnecessary at the same time when the various system modes are switched. Different electric power sources capable of controlling the ON and OFF individually for the every divided circuit blocks are supplied and when the various system modes are set, the electric power is supplied to the circuit blocks needed for the operation in the system modes. In this processor, a power supply control part 29 converts the source voltage obtained by the power source 32 consisting of an AC adapter, a dry battery or the like connected to the power supply control part 29 to voltage levels needed for the every blocks and supplies it.
