DISPLAY CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit displaying the image of an optional pixel data size by setting the number of pixel bits. SOLUTION: This display circuit is provided with an input data register 7 taking out/storing the image data from a memory storing/preserving the image data with an optionally set first bit size, an output data register 8 taking out the image data stored in the input data register 7 and extracting the pixel data for a display device 3 with an optionally set second bit size, a temporary register 9 storing the residual image data outputted from the input data register 7 to the output data register 8 and a pixel extraction control circuit 10 setting the first, second bit sizes and controlling the data outputted from respective registers.
