Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the interference of light by nonuniform spraying and to enhance light utilization efficiency by constituting a reflection substrate of a flat base material, curved layers of nonuniform patterns formed by dispersedly applying spacers on one surface of this base material and fusing these spacers by applying heat and reflection films of nonuniform patterns on the upper parts of these curved layers. SOLUTION: The reflection substrate includes the flat lower base material 400 facing the upper base material and is constituted by forming the curved layers 402 of the nonuniform patterns atop the lower base material 400 and again forming the reflection films 404 of the nonuniform patterns atop the curved layers 402. The reflection substrate is produced by the process of dispersedly applying the many fixed shape or unshaped spacers manufactured from a thermosetting resin on the front surface of the flat lower base material 400. The lower base material 400 coated with these spacers is subjected to hard baking, by which the spacers are melted and cured and the curved layers 402 of the nonuniform patterns are formed. In succession, aluminum or the like is deposited by evaporation on the front surfaces of the curved layers 402, by which the reflection films 404 having uniform thickness are formed.
