Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air in a cap from being compressed without impairing a sticking effect by boring an air discharge hole on the bottom section of the bolt cap fixed to the head section of an anchor bolt with a putty-like adhesive. SOLUTION: An adhesive 2 filled in a cap 1 extrudes air from an air discharge hole 7 bored on the bottom section of the cap 1 and is filled in the cap 1. After the prescribed quantity of the adhesive 2 is filled, the cap 1 is pressed to the head section of a bolt 3, the adhesive 2 covers the head section of the bolt 3, part of the adhesive 2 is moved to the bottom section side of the cap 1, and the remainder is extruded to the outside from a gap with a fixed face 10. The air in the cap 1 is not compressed, no rebound occurs on the covered cap 1, and the cap 1 can be surely fixed in contact with the fixed face 10.
