Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating rotation driving force by introducing jetted air into liquid and using buoyancy of generated bubble. SOLUTION: This rotation driving device using bubble is vertically provided with plural stages of rotation blades which are substantially horizontally journalled by a side portion of a liquid charging tank 1 which has an air introduction opening 11 at its lower part and an air exhaust opening 12 at its upper part, a plurality of rotation plates 21 in each rotation blade are in a bending state or a folding state so that a side against which a rising bubble 5 collides is recessed, and plural stages of rotation blades are interlocked by a chain or a belt 42. In this case, one or plural screws journalled at the upper end and the lower end of the liquid charging tank which has the air introduction opening at its lower part and the air exhaust opening 12 at its upper part can be provided for a position that it collides against the bubble rising from downside.
