Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation multi-layered building which can smoothly cope with displacenent brought in an earthquake without imparting an unreasonable stress to a building and facilitates designs, constructions, etc. SOLUTION: In this vibration isolation building, slide shoes 20 are arranged at a number of positions on a foundation Ba3 corresponding to the upper core part 14, and the lower parts of respective slide shoes 20 are fixed to the foundation, and the lower core part 12 supporting the upper core part 14 is constructed on the upper part of respective slide shoes 20, and the upper part of respective slide shoes 20 is fixed to the lower end part of the lower core part 12, and the lower non-core part 11 is fixedly constructed to the foundation on the foundation Ba2 corresponding to the upper non-core part, and the upper core part 14 is integrally constructed with the lower core part 12 thereon, and the upper non-core part 13 is constructed on the lower non-core part 11 through vibration isolation devices 40, the upper core part 13 and the upper non-core part 14 are integrally connected and constructed. In this way, the core part can be designed and constructed in the same way with conventional cases and the lower core part can move in accordance with the displacement of the upper core part in an earthquake and hence, as an unreasonable stress is not imparted to the building, it can smoothly cope with displacement in an earthquake. |
