PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of an operating lever and habitability of a cab by making combination patterns of operating levers and hydraulic actuators changeable or making working modes selectable. SOLUTION: A specified changing pattern of an operation signal AD output from an operation signal generation means 2 is preset and it is judged whether a changing pattern of the operation signal AD output from the operation signal generation means 2 by an operating element coincides with a preset specified change pattern. A combination of a plurality of operating elements 1, 2 and a plurality of actuators 35, 36, 37, 38 is changed into another different combination in accordance with coincidence or non-coincidence.
