Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable water-resistant polymer blend comprising high-bonding-affinity growing materials and used for producing a carrier for an assaying system in order to prevent the accumulation of a large amount of synthetic resin wastes from assaying laboratories. SOLUTION: There is provided a water-resistant polymer boned which is a high bonding-force one comprising at least one water-resistant biodegradable polymer comprising growing materials selected from the group consisting of polyalkanoates and polylactides and, optionally, substances selected from the group consisting of plasticizers, dyes, industrial aids, and nucleators.
