Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate and sharp observed image of 3-dimensional object by storing an image individually resulting from selecting a focal position of a double focal optical system, comparing the luminance of each pixel of the images, re-compositing the images and displaying the result, so as to eliminate the occurrence of vibration while simplifying the unit configuration. SOLUTION: A focal position of a double-focus optical system 2 of a microscope 1 is switched by using a liquid crystal drive circuit 6 for driving a deflection filter 5, comprising a deflection plate 3 and a liquid crystal display element 4. On the other hand, a changeover switch 8 is connected to an image-pickup means 7 photographing an image formed on the double-focus optical system 2 and an output destination is switched synchronously with the drive of a liquid crystal display device by the liquid crystal drive circuit 6 with a switching signal from a controller 9, and the output is stored individually to 1st and 2nd frame memories 10, 11. A luminance comparator circuit 12 compares the luminance of the stored images and selects one of them, composites the images again, and the result is displayed via a succeeding circuit. |
