SOLUTION: When air pressure in an air tank 14 is at most a fixed low pressure value, the air pressure is made at least a fixed high pressure value by an air compressor, and whether the detected signal from an air blasting necessity detecting means is output or not is judged. In the case of the detected signal being output, initial air blasting is carried out by ON of a solenoid valve 13, or at the lapse of a fixed time from the preceding air blasting by ON of the solenoid valve 13, high pressure air in the air tank 14 is blasted to the mirror face of a door mirror 10 for a fixed time from the door mirror jet port 11c and the side window jet port 11d of a nozzle 11 through the solenoid valve 13.
