Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection preventive directly drawing type lithographic printing plate which does not require a wet development process. SOLUTION: This reflection preventive directly drawing type lithographic printing plate comprises a base material 10 layer, a light-absorbing metal layer 12 which is provided on the base material 10 layer, and a melanophobic layer which is provided on the light-absorbing metal layer 12, and the melanophobic layer is selected in a manner to have a film thickness which minimizes a light reflection from the metal layer 12, and light passes a part for which the melanophobic layer is selected, and reaches the light-absorbing metal layer 12, and a heat source is generated by the light which is absorbed by the metal layer 12, and by the heat, the part for which the melanophobic layer is selected, is removed.
