Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a recycled composite material by which it is possible to easily recycle an industrial waste such as a waste material from building made of synthetic resin to be produced in large quantity. SOLUTION: First, a mixture of crushed matters of a low melt point synthetic resin and those of a high melt point synthetic resin, with 30 deg.C or higher temperature difference between both resins and/or of crushed matters of a non-fusible material, is packed in a mold. Then the low melt point synthetic resin is fused by heating the mixture from the outside of the mold while the mold is given a free motion. Further, the high melt point synthetic resin and/or the non-fusible material are adhesively set by the low melt point synthetic resin in such a state that voids are present in the high melt point synthetic resin and/or the non-fusible material. Thus useful molded products are obtained from the recycled composite material. |
