Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of concrete, into which reinforcing fibers can be mixed easily, surely, and uniformly. SOLUTION: In a first mixing step A, an AE water reducing agent is fed (S2) into a kneading water (S1) and a CF(carbon fiber) is added (S3) to mix these materials. Next, in a second mixing step B, an operation is continued from the first step A, and a cement is fed (S4) into a mixture prepared in the step A, which is mixed again to form a CF mixed cement paste (S5). On the other hand, in an aggregate dry mixing step C, a fine aggregate and coarse aggregate and mixed without water (S6) beforehand (S6) and the CF mixed paste is added thereto to effect a final mixing thereof. Thus a CF mixed concrete is manufactured via the final mixing, and the CF mixed concrete is placed at a construction site.
