POLISHING TOOL HAVING SOFT BOWL-FORM POLISHING SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform polishing in a state that a soft bowl-form polishing surface is pressed against the spherical surface or the round surface of a soft metal, wood engraving, a wood working material, and a stone, or the cornified ankle of the foot of a man and the round part of the elbow of an arm without trouble of helping hands. SOLUTION: This polishing tool comprises a soft bowl form part 1 formed of a deformable material, such as flexible synthetic resin or rubber; a central top part protrusion 2 formed in structure integral with the soft bowl-form part and having a central through-hole 2'; and a motor 6 rotationally driving the soft bowl-form part 1. A plurality of ribs 3 radially extending from a central part to hold the strength thereof are formed on the outer surface of the soft bowl-form part 1. A part to which an abrasive 5 is adhered is formed on the inner surface of the soft bowl-form part 1. The rotary shaft of the motor 6 is mounted on a central through-hole 2' and this tool is provided with a soft bowl-form polishing surface to polish a material having a spherical surface or a round surface.
