Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the coaxial accuracy by leading a hollow shaft into other hollow shaft with a space between the inner peripheral part of the later hollow shaft, and connecting them at a rear part thereof with the plastic deforming pressure of the inner peripheral member of the later hollow shaft. SOLUTION: A second hollow shaft 42 is smoothly or loosely fitted in a lead-in hole 41a of a first hollow shaft 41 at the peripheral part 42a of a tip thereof so as to maintain the coaxial accuracy. A rear part 42b continued to the peripheral part 42a of the tip of the second hollow shaft 42 is fitted in an interface part 41b in the matching condition, and an inner peripheral member of a rear end 41c of the first hollow shaft 41 is plastically deformed locally and intermittently by the cold forging, and both them are mechanically connected to each other by the elastic deforming pressure, and maintained. Coaxial accuracy between both the members is secured by the lead-in hole 41a, and the elastic defoaming pressure effectively works to the rotating torque, and a dehydrating shaft 4 having high coaxial accuracy and high connecting force is obtained by connecting the first hollow shaft 41 and the second hollow shaft 42. |
