Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent lubricity and the stability against peeling by adding a crosslinking agent reacting with an isocyanate group to an isocyanate group-containing high polymer as a coating base material. SOLUTION: A crosslinking agent is added to a soln. of a high polymer containing an isocyanate group and having lubricity itself as a coating base material to obtain a surface lubricity imparting material. This surface lubricity imparting material is applied to a base material to be coated and the coated material is dried to generate crosslinking reaction and the coating layer is made water-insoluble to lubricate the surface of the base material to be coated. Further, a hydrophilic high polymer such as polyvinyl pyrrolidone or the like is added to the high polymer containing the isocyanate group and the crosslinking agent to be applied to the base material to be coated and the coated base material is dried to confine the hydrophilic high polymer in a polymeric matrix having the isocyanate group to further impart lubricity to the surface of the base material to be coated over a long period of time. |
