WATER TANK FOR CULTURING SHELLS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tank for culturing shells, capable of efficiently giving a feed to the shells and circulating, filtering and purifying water in the culture tank only by switching on or off a pump disposed in a circulation route for feeding the shells and a pump disposed in a circulation route for filtering the water, respectively, thus switching the circulation routes and circulating the feed in the culture tank. SOLUTION: A circulation route 4 for feeding shells and a circulation route 5 for filtering water are disposed below a water tank 3 for culturing the shells, and both the ends of the circulation route 4 for feeding the shells and the circulation route 5 for filtering the water are connected to both the end sides of the culture tank 3 in communicating states, respectively. A pump 7 used for circulating the feed and disposed on the way of the circulation route 4 and a pump 9 used for circulating the water for filtration and disposed on the way of the circulation route 5 are subjected to switch-on or off controls, respectively. The circulation route is thereby switched into the circulation route 4 or the circulation route 5 to circulate the feed to the culture tank 3 or purify the water in the culture tank 3.
