Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester capable of improving the operability of a principal speed change lever for the gearshift of a HST infinite variable- speed drive by providing a buffer part at a specific position. SOLUTION: When principally changing the power of an engine with a HST infinite variable-speed drive 101 in terms of speed and transmitting the power to a crawler mounted running gear of a combine harvester, a buffer part is provided in the midway of a mechanism linking between a principal speed change lever 54 placed in a driver's cab and the HST infinite variable-speed drive 101 in an interlinked state. The combine harvester has a harvesting equipment and the driver's cab in the front part of the machine, and has a threshing equipment and a feed chain behind them. The engine is fixed under the driver's cab and the engine power is principally changed by the HST infinite variable- speed drive to transmit the power to the crawler mounted running gear. A clutch mechanism is provided to switch on and off the driving force to the feed chain and can be switched on and off by being linked with a sensor 127 for detecting the position of the speed change lever and a sensor for the speed of the harvester through a controller.
