Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp content of obtained measured data at a glance. SOLUTION: This is an electro/optical sampling oscilloscope for connecting an electric field generated by a signal to be measured with an electro/optical crystal, and making a laser beam incident to the electro/optical crystal for measuring the waveform of a signal to be measured according to the polarized state of the laser beam. This oscilloscope is provided with a display processing part 10 for operating the display processing of measured data. Then the display processing part 10 is provided with a measured data storing part 36 for storing the measured data and data related with the measured data, list displaying part 32 for operating the list display processing of the measured data stored in the measured data storing part 36 for selecting the measured data to be displayed, and rough waveform displaying part 33 for operating the display processing of a rough waveform in which the number of sample points of the selected measure data is decreased.
