SOLUTION: This step of a guide vane 2 is connected with a stator 1 that is supported by an inner end portion 5 of a connecting ring 7 having a support ring 12 and a reinforcement ring 13. One of retainer lips 21 of the reinforcement ring 13 is deeply inserted into the support ring 12, and it is further inserted also into a recess 31 of the end portion 5 of the vane 2.
