Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover outflow oil of high viscosity in waves, by guiding the outflow oil by a guide net belt driven by a shaft vertical to the water surface. SOLUTION: In case of recovering outflow oil 12 of high viscosity and gelling oil, a recovering net belt 1 is turned in the moving direction 10 by a net belt drive pulley 11, recovered high viscosity oil is scraped by a wiper 13 and recovered in a tank 5. In case of low viscosity oil, oil passing through the recovering net belt 1 is recovered by a suction pipe 6. Since this recovering net belt 1 is a net, water flows through a mesh, a reverse flow and a counteracting wave are decreased in a recovering part by the net belt 1. Consequently, resistance relating to an oil layer and a flow of water is decreased, an outflow oil layer is easily guided to the recovering part. Since the net belt 1 can be inserted deeply in the water, high viscosity oil can be recovered even in waves. In case of the low viscosity oil, since waves to the rearward is damped by the recovering net belt 1, an oil layer between the recovering net belt 1 and a suction recovering part is stabilized, and the oil is easily recovered.
