Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance riding comfort and the like by letting impact received from the ground through each caster be absorbed and relaxed by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This is a wheel chair with an impact absorbing device provided with a mounting plate 5 fixed to car body frames 3 and 4, and with an impact absorbing device 9 to be mounted to the mounting plate 5. The impact absorbing device 9 is equipped with a case 11 to be fixed to the mounting plate 5, a movable member which is housed in the inside of the case 11 in such a way as to be moved up and down, and has a vertical shaft part 1a of a caster 1 connected thereto, a stationary member to be fixed to the inside of the case 11, and with an elastic member disposed to a space formed between the movable member and the stationary member in the inside of the case 11, and impact received by the caster 1 from the floor surface 100 is thereby absorbed by the elastic deformation of the elastic member.
