Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warps and cracks caused by environmental changes such as temperature, humidity or the like, and to improve impact resistance by joining an artificial marble and a base by using a nonwoven fabric impregnated with an adhesive. SOLUTION: An artificial marble and a base is joined by using a nonwoven fabric impregnated with an adhesive. By making a thickness of the nonwoven fabric 0.1-2 mm after curing of the adhesive, an amount of warp can be reduced. Further, if an emulsion-type adhesive is used as the adhesive, drying and adhering can be performed at normal temperatures by utilizing permeability of the nonwoven fabric. Since the adhesive is a solventless adhesive, it is preferable for operating environment. A woody material is preferable for the base. A polyester spun bonded nonwoven fabric having a weight of 20-200 g/m , which has 50 mm or longer fiber length of a structural fiber, and is formed by making and adhering uniform webs from spinning filament groups, is specially preferable for the nonwoven fabric. |
