Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a device or parts constituting a POS system, to minimize the interruption of a system operation, and to preliminarily communicate the exchange period of the device or parts, the fear of the occurrence of failure, and the execution period of a cleaning processing. SOLUTION: The number of times of access to a device and parts 11 and 12 constituting a POS system is counted by a counter 21, and the count value is compared with a threshold value corresponding to the number of times at which each device and part necessitates failure, exchange, and cleaning processing which is preliminarily set for each device and part 11 and 12 by a comparator 22. Then, when the count value is beyond the threshold value, a failure information part 23 in forms a predetermined place about that the device and parts necessitate the failure, exchange and cleaning processing.
