Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply always stabilized voltage to a load by supplying higher voltage out of a regulator output and a voltage harbor output to a load circuit. SOLUTION: A regulator circuit 1 outputs previously set stepdown voltage V1 and a voltage harbor circuit 2 outputs stepdown voltage V2 corresponding to about a half of the voltage of a main power supply VDD1. When V1>V2, a control signal D1 to be an output from a comparator 3 is turned to a low level. The control signal D1 is connected to the gate control of a switch SW2 and its inverse signal C1 is connected to the gate control of a switch SW1. A higher voltage output out of the output V1 of the circuit 1 and the output V2 of the circuit 2 is always selected and supplied to the load circuit 4 as an output V3. Each of the switch circuits SW1, SW2 is turned to a conductive state when its gate control voltage is a low level. |
