Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix an electrode terminal to a printed circuit board without positional displacement. SOLUTION: In this packed battery, a printed circuit board 3 is built-in inside a case, and an electrode terminal 2 is fixed to the printed circuit board 3 via a holder 1. The holder 1 has the first holder 1A with fitting protrusions 4 projected to a face which abuts to the printed circuit board 3, and the second holder 1B with fitting recesses 5 fitted with the protrusions 4. The protrusions 4 of the first holder 1A are penetrated into fitting holes 6 of the printed circuit board 3 to be fitted into the recesses 5 of the second holder 1B, and the printed circuit board 3 is sandwiched by the first holder 1A and the second holder 1B to be fixed to the printed circuit board 3 the electrode terminal 2 mounted on the holder 1.
