Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the alteration and illegal use of a prepaid card. SOLUTION: Relating to this degree card, a thermosensitive layer 3 is provided on a substrate layer 4, and a magnetic recording layer 1 and a second- dimensional bar code layer 2 are formed on the thermosensitive layer. The degree data of the thermosensitive layer 3 or the second-dimensional bar code 2 formed on the thermosensitive layer 3 are thermally colored so as to be destroyed each time this card is used or after this card is used, and an encipherment processing is operated to the second-dimensional bar code data 2 by using the magnetic recording data of the magnetic recording layer 1 provided on the degree card as a cryptographic key.
