Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consecutively produce a blade consisting of thermosetting polyurethane, to enhance production efficiency, to facilitate and simplify the automatization of a production processes, and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: This blade 2 is obtained by mixing and stirring the liquid of polyurethane prepolymer being the raw material component of thermosetting polyurethane and the liquid of cross-linking agent, discharging the mixture U of them into a metallic mold whose cross section is recessed of a molding drum 20, and then heating it through an endless belt 24 moving by following the drum 20 in a state where it abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the drum 20, consecutively molding a belt-like blade molding S having fixed width, cooling the molding S and then cutting it to fixed length.
