Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator, capable of taking out incineration residue and/or alkaline constituent melt quickly and improving the operating efficiency of the incinerator. SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical incinerator 1A is provided with a recessed hearth part 20, receiving incineration residue and/or alkaline constituent molten body, at the lower end of a furnace main body while a burner 50 for burning powdered body is provided on the hearth part 20. On the other hand, the hearth part 20 is provided with a discharging opening 24 for taking out the incineration residue and/or alkaline constituent molten body, received in the hearth part 20, to the outside of the furnace.
