Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently perform power regenerative operation during acceleration of a vehicle by ensuring the maximum braking torque in response to the actual operating conditions of the vehicle, and increasing recovered power proportional to the product of the accumulated oil quantity and accumulated pressure. SOLUTION: Motor swash plate angle of a hydraulic motor is controlled in response to the accumulated pressure of a pressure accumulator, obtained from a second sensor during deceleration of a vehicle. Concretely, the motor- swash plate angle of the hydraulic motor is controlled to meet the relationship; (θm)=(P2a/P2)×θma where θm is motor-swash plate angle, θma is designed motor swash plate angle, P2a is designed accumulated pressure of accumulator, P2 is accumulated pressure of accumulator, obtained from the second pressure sensor.
