Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a metallic plate with fine pares having high inner face precision and furthermore formed in a suitable arranging direction not by forming fine pores on a metallic plate for forming into an injector plate by drilling but by producing a metallic plate with fine pores. SOLUTION: Core materials 11 are fixed to the surface of a base plate 10 to form a metallic film 12 on the surface of the base plate 10, the core materials 11 and the base sheet 10 are removed from the formed metallic film 12 to form a metallic plate 12' with fine pores, and this metallic plate 12' is subjected to working to produce an injector plate.
