Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the low degree of whiteness of a reclaimed papermaking filler/pigment by re-burning an incineration ash of sludge produced from a papermaking plant or an incineration ash of RPP(refused paper and plastic fuel) based on a difficultly reclaimable waste paper or plastics accompanying it and grinding and dispersing the re-burned ash to reduce its particle diameter. SOLUTION: A sludge incineration ash is re-burned at 500-1,100 deg.C, and slurried in the presence of a dispersant, and the particles in the slurry are subjected to wet dispersion to adjust the mean particle diameter to 0.1-10 μm to thereby obtain a papermaking filler/pigment having a degree of whiteness of at least 70% (in terms of a photovoltage measured according to the method 'Tappi 534 pm-76'). |
