Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass scrubber capable of reducing the film breakage defect of a cutting portion. SOLUTION: In a glass scrubber in which a cemented carbide film 12 formed in the tip portion 11a of a substrate is projected from the tip portion 11a to form a cutting portion C, the crystal growth direction of the cemented carbide film 12 is inclined to the film surface 11A of the substrate to form the film, and the film-compressing direction component of a force added to the cutting portion C is larger than the film-peeling direction component of the force to reduce the film breakage defect of the cutting portion C.
