Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the photoinduced potential attenuation characteristic of a photoreceptor a sigmoid one, to improve it and to stably obtain a high resolution digital image, in an electrophotographic image forming device for attaining digital exposure. SOLUTION: A photoreceptor layer 60 formed on a conductive substrate 61 is constituted as follow; a charge generating layer 62 is provided, a charge transfer control layer 63 having charge transferable domains for generating electric charges with respect to light in a wavelength region of 400-900 nm, dispersed in an electrical inactive matrix is provided on the charge generating layer 62 and then, a charge transfer layer 64 consisting of a charge transferable matrix is laminated on the control layer 63. Then, image light based on a digital image signal does not generate the charges in the charge transferable domains. Further, the image forming device is provided with a first destaticizing exposure unit 6 for projecting destaticizing light having a wavelength not for generating the charges in the charge transferable domains, but in the charge generating layer 62 and a second destaticizing exposure unit 7 for projecting the destaticizing light for generating the charges at least in the charge transferable domains. |
