Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable connection which does not cause electrical defects, and a cable line using it, by raising the adhesive force of the interface between an electrode and a conductive layer or the electrode and an epoxy resin insulator. SOLUTION: In a power cable connection A which is equipped with a cable part 10, a rubber mold part 20, and an epoxy unit part 30, at least, and the epoxy unit part 30 of which has an electrode 31 and an epoxy resin insulator 31, the surface of the electrode 31 in the epoxy unit part 30 is made a rough face whose surface roughness is in the range of 2-20 μm. The above power cable connection is used for a cable line.
